At JourneyPure Southaven, we understand the emotional and financial toll addiction can have. Cost should never be a barrier to healing.
Healing Made Affordable
While the cost of treatment is a deterrent for some, it is important to remember the cost of addiction. Among them:
- The cost of drugs
- Lost work productivity
- Possible legal fees for common addiction charges like DUI or destruction of property
- Medical bills for physical and mental health issues often associated with addiction
- The emotional cost on family and other relationships
Ultimately, the cost of a drug or alcohol addiction adds up very quickly.
The cost of addiction treatment varies widely by the type of treatment center. Some recovery programs, such as non-profit health centers, are free while luxury addiction treatment centers can cost up to six figures per month.
Standard drug treatment centers typically fall somewhere in the middle, costing anywhere from $5,000 to $25,000 a month. The cost varies depending on things like location and what services are offered.
We can find a payment option that can work for you. Self-pay as well as payment assistance is available in certain circumstances. Our admissions team can answer any questions you have about JourneyPure Southaven and how to pay for treatment.
JourneyPure accepts the following insurances:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield

Other options may be available. Call us to speak with an admissions specialist.
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT AND COST
JourneyPure Southaven is an outpatient treatment center. This means that our patients attend group and individual therapy sessions a few times during the week but continue to live at home and meet family and work obligations. This gives the flexibility to meet regular obligations and is also far less expensive.
Outpatient treatment is often thought of as “a step down” in the continuum of care from inpatient or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) treatment. However, there are times when an individual may begin their treatment process at the outpatient level.
Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment is well-suited for:
- Those who don’t require 24-hour supervision
- Those who have completed long-term rehab and would like an aftercare program
- Those looking to enter addiction treatment on a more flexible, affordable basis
ONE LAST THING
Our admissions counselors will present you with all your payment options and will work to find the best fit for you, both clinically and financially. Some patients rely on insurance, others decide to self-pay to ensure they receive the level of care they desire.
We look forward to discussing your options and helping you on the road to recovery.
